DailyPay is the leading on-demand pay platform transforming how America gets paid. You'll own high-velocity email campaigns driving user adoption and engagement across millions of workers, executing everything from segmentation to deployment weekly using Iterable.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Master Iterable platform and take full ownership of 5-8 live campaigns currently in market

Build and deploy 12+ campaigns weekly with zero QA failures, establishing yourself as the technical execution expert

Create repeatable campaign templates and segment logic to reduce build time by 30%+

Deliver first performance analysis showing lift impact on engagement and revenue KPIs

Own complete email marketing roadmap for consumer product adoption, shipping 40+ campaigns with measurable lift

Design and execute 15+ A/B tests across email, SMS, and push—identifying 3+ winning patterns that drive adoption

Build automated journey flows for key user lifecycle moments (onboarding, engagement, retention) reducing manual work by 50%

Become go-to technical expert for Iterable across company, documenting best practices and mentoring stakeholders on platform capabilities

Number of campaigns shipped per week, tracking your ability to execute high-volume production.

Email Engagement Rate

Open rate, click-through rate, and conversion rate benchmarked against DailyPay baseline and fintech industry standards.

User Adoption & Retention

Day-7, Day-30 retention lift driven by your campaigns, directly tied to revenue impact.

Segmentation Accuracy

Percentage of campaigns deployed with zero segment or targeting errors, reflecting your obsession with QA.

A/B Test Lift

Average performance improvement across email tests (subject line, copy, CTA, send time optimization).

For You If
  • You've shipped 40+ email campaigns and live for the tactical details—QA is your love language
  • You have hands-on ESP experience (Iterable preferred) and understand segmentation, automation, and journey logic
  • You thrive in high-velocity environments shipping 5+ campaigns weekly without dropping quality
  • You're comfortable partnering across Product, Data, Ops, and CS to translate briefs into deployed campaigns
  • You have B2C marketplace, fintech, or e-commerce experience and understand user adoption funnels
Won't Work If
  • You're a creative-first marketer who dislikes technical platform work and HTML/CSS adjustments
  • You need significant autonomy over strategy—this role is execution-focused with strategy led by Director
  • You can't prioritize ruthlessly or struggle managing 20+ concurrent tactical requests in a single week
  • You don't have demonstrable hands-on-keyboard experience building campaigns in an actual ESP platform

Short take-home or live scenario translating a brief into a campaign build outline, segmentation strategy, and QA checklist
