The Challenge
Crédit Agricole CIB's International Trade & Transaction Banking division needs someone to own RFP responses and product marketing for Cash Management. You'll be the bridge between commercial teams, product experts, and clients—turning complex financial offerings into winning pitches.
Your Mission
Master the RFP process: build templates, establish timelines, coordinate responses across 3+ product lines (Trade Finance, Cash Management, Export Finance)
Audit and refresh all internal/external marketing collateral: update intranet, create 5+ commercial pitch decks, identify gaps in product documentation
Establish RFP tracking dashboard: monitor 20+ active opportunities, create KPI framework for win/loss analysis
Build stakeholder relationships: map key product owners, country reps, and sales leads; establish weekly coordination cadence
Reduce RFP turnaround time by 25%: streamline templates, automate data collection from knowledge base, implement standardized response workflow
Increase win rate visibility: conduct post-mortem analysis on 10+ lost RFPs, surface 3+ strategic improvements to sales and product teams
Launch competitive intelligence program: track 5+ competitor Cash Management offerings quarterly, brief leadership on market shifts
Scale marketing assets: create 3+ new external communication materials, prepare trade show collateral for 2+ major banking conferences

- You're comfortable coordinating across teams: you'll be the hub between sales, product, compliance, and regional teams
- You need 100% remote flexibility: this role is on-site in Montrouge and requires in-person coordination
- You dislike detailed analytical work: RFP responses, KPI tracking, and competitive intelligence are core to the role
- You want to own product strategy or brand campaigns: this is execution-focused (responses, updates, tracking), not creative or strategic ownership
- You're not interested in banking/finance: the learning curve is steep; this role assumes genuine curiosity about trade and transaction banking

Meet with ITB Proposals & Cash Management Products Marketing Lead; expect walk-through of 2-3 current RFPs, discussion of your approach to stakeholder coordination and timeline management
