The Challenge
Copia is the only U.S. OT device backup software provider, riding a wave of new regulations and cyber threats. You'll own the entire demand gen engine—from email nurtures to trade shows—to help a 2x ARR growth startup capture an exploding market.
Your Mission
Audit and optimize existing email nurture sequences; establish baseline engagement metrics (open rate, click rate, conversion) and identify quick wins
Plan and execute 2-3 major trade shows or webinars with full vendor coordination, logistics, and post-event follow-up workflows
Audit brand content library (blogs, case studies, emails, social posts); establish style guidelines and quality standards you'll enforce
Get fluent on HubSpot: set up custom reports and dashboards for campaign performance, feeding weekly leadership updates
Scale paid campaign execution across 3+ channels (LinkedIn, Google, display); achieve 2x leads from paid vs. organic baseline
Build out analyst relations program: brief 2-3 analysts (Gartner, Forrester); coordinate materials and track analyst mentions
Launch 4-6 pillar content pieces (case studies, whitepapers) targeting different buyer personas; measure engagement lift on demand gen campaigns
Own full event calendar (5-10 shows/webinars); establish repeatable playbook for pre, during, post-event ops and ROI tracking
KPIs You'll Own

Track open, click, and conversion rates across nurture sequences; benchmark against industry standards and iterate.
Campaign cost per lead
Monitor paid, content, and event-driven CPL; ensure spend efficiency aligns with CAC and payback targets.

Content performance and SEO lift
Track page views, time on page, organic traffic, and conversion rate for pillar content and blog posts.
