Outreach to niche creators
Close CPS / affiliate partnerships
Bring converting traffic

Done influencer outreach / affiliate before
Care about conversions, not views
Compensation
KOLs: 20%-30% revenue share
You (BD): 5%-10% of revenue generated by creators you onboard (recurring)
Optional equity for top performers later
