What you’ll do
Build and scale TikTok / Instagram / Reddit organic growth from 0 → 1 → scale
Create high-performing short-form video content (hooks, scripts, storytelling)
Identify emotional triggers and content angles that drive shares, saves, and virality
Build creator/influencer-led content loops (KOL/KOC partnerships)
Run rapid content experiments and iterate based on performance data
Own organic acquisition funnel from content → install → activation
Must have
Proven experience growing TikTok / IG accounts from scratch
Strong skills in short-form video scripting and hook design
Understanding of emotional/psychological drivers behind viral content
Experience in creator-led growth, DTC brand, or content-first product growth
Nice to have
Experience in consumer apps or social/content products
Familiarity with influencer/KOC ecosystems
Basic understanding of analytics (views → CTR → conversion funnel)
Compensation
Equity + revenue share
4-year vesting, 1-year cliff
