Is This Role For You?

For You If
  • You're obsessed with funnels, user behavior, and making data tell a story—SQL and Excel are second nature
  • You've shipped growth experiments in e-commerce or edtech; you think in terms of CAC, LTV, and payback period
  • You thrive in cross-functional environments and can translate metrics into action with marketing, product, and ops teams
  • You want to move fast, stay analytical, and actually own growth—not just report on it
Won't Work If
  • You need a remote setup or flexibility—this is on-site, full-time in São Paulo
  • You're not fluent in SQL, Google Analytics, and Excel—these are table stakes, not nice-to-haves
  • You prefer siloed expertise over collaboration; growth here requires working across marketing, product, and data teams

Interview Process

1

Application & screening

Resume review + phone screening to assess analytics background and growth mindset

2

Case study or take-home

Likely a growth challenge (e.g., 'How would you optimize conversion for this funnel?' with sample data)

3

Technical interview

SQL queries, Google Analytics, Excel modeling, or dashboard design discussion

4

Team fit & strategy discussion

Conversation with hiring manager and cross-functional partners about growth priorities and collaboration style
