You'll own the technical bridge between landing pages and paid media—pixels, APIs, tracking, conversions—at the speed of a scaling startup backed by Coatue, DST Global, and Goldman Sachs.
Your Mission
Ship 3+ high-converting landing pages and audit existing tracking setup across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn pixels
Build and deploy 2 API integrations (Data Warehouse → HubSpot, internal systems → ad platforms) to automate audience uploads
Implement GTM infrastructure and establish baseline conversion tracking across all digital properties
Partner with Paid Media to run first A/B test cycle and document results in shared dashboard
Achieve 25%+ improvement in landing page conversion rates through CRO experimentation and performance optimization
Automate 4+ manual workflows using N8N (audience sync, data transformation, campaign setup)
Reduce attribution lag by 50% via real-time conversion signal architecture and data pipeline optimization
Scale personalization experiments to 5+ campaigns with dynamic audience segmentation via SQL queries and API feeds

Landing Page Conversion Rate
Track % of visitors completing desired action (signup, trial, contact); benchmark against industry 2-4%.
Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)
Monitor ad spend efficiency across Meta, Google, LinkedIn; target 15-20% monthly reduction through optimization.
Pixel Implementation Accuracy
% of conversion events properly tagged and flowing to CRM; aim for 98%+ accuracy.
Time to Deploy Campaign
Days from brief to live landing page + tracking; reduce from current state to <5 days.
API Integration Uptime
Reliability of data flows between systems; target 99.5%+ uptime for audience and conversion syncs.

- You've built landing pages and campaigns that moved the needle on acquisition metrics—not just pixels, but real conversion workflows
- You live at the intersection of code and marketing; you're equally comfortable debugging GTM containers and discussing CAC reduction with media buyers
- You can write SQL to pull data, build APIs to push it, and translate that into audience segments that drive ad performance
- You thrive in chaos; you ship fast, iterate on real data, and aren't afraid to own technical debt in growth stacks
- You're a pure frontend engineer who sees marketing as a distraction; this role lives in the weeds of pixel implementation and conversion tracking
- You need stable, documented processes; Clara is scaling fast and you'll be building systems as you go, with ambiguity
- You're not conversational in English and Spanish/Portuguese; you'll collaborate daily with distributed teams and Spanish-speaking stakeholders

Screening Call (30 min)
Quick sync on growth engineering background, technical depth, and English/Spanish fluency
Technical Take-Home (2-4 hours)
Build a landing page, implement GTM pixel, and/or write SQL query to transform audience data; real-world scenarios
Technical Debrief (60 min)
Walk through your take-home, discuss architecture decisions, API integrations, and optimization trade-offs
Stakeholder Panel (60 min)
Chat with Head of Growth, Paid Media lead, and/or Data team; discuss collaboration style and how you'd prioritize
