CertiDeal is scaling refurbished smartphone sales across Europe with a young, fast-moving team. You'll own growth for their Portuguese market—from campaigns to SEO to customer operations—with real ownership and a clear path to staying on full-time.
Your Mission
Launch and optimize 3+ promotional campaigns on Portuguese site, tracking conversion lift and CAC
Audit and develop SEO roadmap for top 10 product category pages, targeting 20%+ organic traffic growth
Establish baseline metrics on influencer ROI; identify and brief 5+ micro-influencers in Portugal
Build product catalog management workflow and run first seasonal promotion cycle with email sequences
Deliver 40%+ QoQ growth in Portuguese organic traffic through SEO and content optimization
Scale influencer program to 3+ active partnerships with measurable engagement and conversion data
Reduce customer service response time by 30% through process documentation and triage system
Establish monthly growth dashboard tracking CAC, ROAS, and LTV by channel; present insights to leadership
