Your Mission

First 3 Months

Map key strategic partners and audit current co-marketing motions to identify gaps and quick wins

2

3

Build and socialize partner-specific sales enablement kits (decks, collateral, case studies) across 5+ core partners

4

Establish measurement framework and reporting cadence for partner-sourced and partner-influenced MQLs

By 6 Months

Execute 4-6 high-impact partner events (seminars, lunch-and-learns, executive dinners) with documented ROI and attendance targets

2

Create scalable Marketing in a Box kits for 3-5 partner segments to enable self-service co-marketing

3

Drive 30%+ growth in partner-sourced MQL pipeline with proven repeatable campaign playbooks

4

Deliver quarterly business reviews with key partners showing lead flow, conversion rates, and co-marketing ROI

Is This Role For You?

For You If
  • You've executed multi-channel partner co-marketing campaigns with measurable pipeline impact in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
  • You're comfortable navigating cross-functional complexity—selling internal stakeholders on partner strategies while managing external relationships
  • You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution: you can build annual marketing plans AND run webinar logistics
  • You obsess over metrics: you know how to track MQL-to-pipeline-to-revenue and optimize based on data, not intuition
  • You thrive building scalable systems—Marketing in a Box kits, playbooks, and enablement tools that partners actually use
Won't Work If
  • You see partner marketing as a support function; this role requires strategic ownership and direct impact on revenue
  • You need fully remote work or flexible location; this is on-site and requires hands-on event execution
  • You struggle with ambiguity or ownership; the role spans strategy, execution, and measurement across multiple stakeholders
