The Challenge

CBMM's Niobium brand needs someone to own the full marketing funnel—from inbound campaigns to site optimization. You'll work across a technical B2B sales environment, connecting content, automation, and data to drive qualified leads and revenue growth.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Map current CRM flows in Salesforce/PAE and identify 3-5 high-impact automation gaps or breakdowns

Execute 2-3 A/B tests on critical pages/CTAs and document baseline conversion metrics

Align with Sales/GTM teams on lead scoring rules and nurture sequences; document feedback loops

4

Audit site architecture and SEO performance; prioritize top 10 quick-win optimizations with Sitecore

By 6 Months
1

Increase qualified lead volume by 20-30% through optimized CRM automation and content alignment

Reduce funnel leakage by 15% via improved segmentation, journey refinement, and messaging testing

3

Establish weekly performance monitoring dashboard (GA, CRM, Power BI) with actionable insights

4

Roll out 8-12 validated A/B test learnings into production; document playbook for future optimization

KPIs You'll Own

Lead Volume & Quality (MQLs/SQLs)

Track inbound volume growth and sales-qualified acceptance rate from CRM workflows.

Conversion Rate (funnel stage %)

Monitor page-to-lead, lead-to-MQL, and MQL-to-SQL conversion; identify bottlenecks.

Cost Per Lead (CPL) & CAC

Measure efficiency of campaigns, pages, and nurture sequences; optimize spend allocation.

Engagement & Email Metrics

Track open rates, click rates, and time-in-content to assess journey relevance and CRM automation health.

Site Performance & UX Metrics

Monitor page speed, bounce rate, time-on-page, and scroll depth; correlate with conversion lift.

  • You want to own the full inbound funnel—not just one channel

  • You're uncomfortable with Salesforce/Pardot or prefer working in single channels rather than end-to-end funnels
  • You lack hands-on CRM and marketing automation experience; this role needs someone who ships, not just strategizes
