The Challenge
Carizy is a dynamic automotive startup scaling its digital presence. You'll own 360° content production—from TikTok videos to SEO articles to email campaigns—working directly with the marketing lead to build brand identity in the used car market.
Your Mission
Establish consistent social media posting cadence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn with documented engagement metrics
Produce and publish 12+ SEO-optimized blog articles on automotive/used car topics with target keyword research
Create and deploy email campaign templates with A/B testing framework for lead conversion
Build visual brand guidelines and asset library in Figma with 20+ reusable templates
Grow social media following by 40%+ with documented organic reach and engagement rates by channel
Achieve 80%+ email open rates on monthly newsletters to buyer/seller segments with conversion tracking
Design and launch 5+ high-converting landing pages using Figma + CMS with tracked conversion funnels
Develop editorial calendar covering 3+ months of content themes with documented content performance analysis

Is This Role For You?
- You're pursuing Bac+4/5 in business school or equivalent university degree with prior marketing/content internship experience
- You're comfortable on camera and hungry to master CapCut, Premiere Pro, and social trends (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts)
- You want a real apprenticeship (1-2 years) building portfolio pieces across SEO, email, landing pages, and video content
- You're curious about automotive/used car market and want to learn growth marketing from day one
- You're not comfortable being on camera or creating video content regularly
- You need fully remote work or can't commit to 4 days/week on-site in La Défense
- You're looking for a permanent role—this is specifically an apprenticeship contract (contrat d'apprentissage)
