Build onboarding playbook and activate first 20 users with tracked activation metrics (login frequency, model usage)
Establish partnership framework with 3-5 anchor biotech partners or academic collaborators as proof points
Drive 200+ platform signups with 40%+ activation rate (active monthly users performing model runs)
Build scalable contributor program with 15+ active data/model contributors feeding back into platform
Generate 5+ case studies or success stories from biotech users improving discovery timelines or hit rates
Establish thought leadership through 3+ conference speaking slots and community events reaching 500+ target audience members

Is This Role For You?
- You've built GTM strategies and partnerships in B2B2C or platform ecosystems (SaaS, APIs, developer networks, marketplaces)
- You can talk fluently with both technical founders AND non-technical biotech executives about drug discovery workflows
- You thrive on ground truth: you'll attend conferences, visit labs, take calls with 20 prospects a week to understand real pain
- You're comfortable with ambiguity in year one and can build repeatable processes (onboarding, partner qualification) from zero
- You measure everything: activation funnels, NPS, contributor quality, and can justify spend against these metrics
- You expect a defined playbook—this is blue-sky ecosystem building with minimal playbook at start
- You're purely a marketing person who doesn't do BD, partnership negotiation, or customer conversations
- You have zero biotech/pharma or life sciences domain knowledge and don't want to learn it quickly
- You need fully remote work or flexibility—this is on-site in SF with frequent travel to conferences and partner visits
