Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit all in-flight product development projects and map competitive landscape + market positioning for 3-5 key initiatives

Build the product rationale framework (competitor benchmarking, market segmentation, marketing plans) for your priority pipeline

3

Develop and present a 12-month product development roadmap aligned with brand vision and commercial goals

4

Establish stakeholder relationships across R&D, commercial, and supply chain teams and lock in monthly sync cadence

By 6 Months
1

Launch 2-3 new product concepts with full 360° product development (positioning, pricing, messaging, go-to-market)

Drive performance metrics on 3-5 existing products and recommend optimization or repositioning actions based on sales/market data

Manage 3+ complex product projects end-to-end—hitting timelines, budgets, and quality gates

4

Audit and refresh the existing product catalog with revised positioning and updated marketing assets

  • You're methodical and data-driven but also conceptually creative (turning market insight into product innovation)
