Your Mission

Audit current paid media performance across all channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, DSPs) and identify quick wins to improve ROAS by 15-20%

Build and staff your core paid media team—identify skill gaps and hire 2-3 key specialists

Establish attribution modeling framework with Data & BI teams to replace siloed reporting

Map regulatory requirements for top 5 target markets and audit creative/targeting compliance

Launch market entry campaigns in 2 new regulated geographies with profitable unit economics by month 6

Develop LTV-driven bidding strategy with CRM teams, increasing acquisition efficiency by 25%+

Build creative testing framework that runs 10+ concurrent tests monthly across channels

Establish quarterly business reviews with agency/platform partners and renegotiate terms based on performance
