Establish quarterly performance tracking framework with clear KPIs for growth, retention, and trading volume by segment

By 6 Months
1

Close 5+ new broker/wholesaler partnerships generating $10M+ in annual premium volume

2

Increase e-trading adoption (API + portal) by 35%, reducing friction in underwriting turnaround time

3

Launch 3 new product variants or solutions specifically designed for SME market needs based on competitive analysis and underwriting insights

Is This Role For You?

For You If
  • You've built or scaled a B2B insurance/fintech distribution business; you understand broker incentives, underwriting constraints, and how to align them
  • You're obsessed with platform metrics—you live in dashboards tracking adoption, conversion, and unit economics; you make decisions with data
  • You've successfully launched or scaled e-trading, API, or self-service platforms that reduced friction and increased volume
  • You thrive in matrix environments; you can negotiate cross-functional priorities (Underwriting ≠ Sales) and keep teams aligned on growth
Won't Work If
  • You need remote flexibility; this is on-site Chicago only
  • You're uncomfortable with underwriting risk trade-offs; this role requires balancing growth with loss ratio discipline
  • You've only worked in pure sales or marketing; you need P&L ownership and operational depth to win here
