Banco Sofisa, one of Brazil's top banks, is scaling growth across their SMB lending division. You'll own the operational execution of growth campaigns—from acquisition to retention—and directly impact how they acquire and retain thousands of small business customers.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Master the full campaign production workflow: brief creation, asset organization, timeline management, and stakeholder coordination across 4+ active campaigns

Build and maintain CRM list segmentation and basic journey automation, increasing data quality scores by 25%+

Create a standardized campaign playbook and documentation system, reducing setup time on new campaigns by 30%

4

Deliver weekly funnel reports tracking acquisition, engagement, and retention KPIs with actionable insights

By 6 Months

Own A/B testing framework for at least 5 campaigns, generating 10+ data-backed optimization recommendations

Establish competitive intelligence dashboard tracking 3+ fintech competitors' growth tactics and messaging

Reduce campaign launch cycle time from brief to execution by 40% through process optimization

Lead CRM migration or audit project (segmentation, list health, automation rules) improving deliverability by 20%+
