The Challenge
Avra is building AI solutions that transform how brands run ad campaigns and allocate media budgets. You'll deploy these tools directly with clients, turning their marketing pain into working prototypes in weeks—not quarters.
Your Mission
Land and deeply understand 2-3 customer marketing workflows, data infrastructure, and pain points; document use cases for Avra platform
Deploy first AI-powered solution (media planning, audience segmentation, or campaign analytics) with a live customer
Build fluency with customer ad platforms' data structures and APIs; establish data quality baseline with each client
Co-deliver 2-3 business narratives translating technical outputs into CMO-ready insights; measure client adoption
Successfully deploy AI solutions across 4-5 customer engagements with measurable KPI uplift (budget efficiency, ROAS, or incrementality gains)
Establish repeatable playbook for FDE deployment: discovery → spec → build → validate → iterate
Surface 3+ product insights and feature requests from field back to Avra's product team; drive at least one quick iteration
Become domain specialist within Avra's FDE cohort; mentor 1-2 junior FDEs and benchmark learnings across use cases

Is This Role For You?
- You have 2+ years in digital advertising or marketing analytics and actually ran campaigns—not just analyzed dashboards
- You're fluent in Python and SQL and comfortable deploying code, not just writing it
- You think in experiments: A/B tests, geo-lifts, incrementality frameworks are your language
- You get frustrated when data science stays in notebooks and want to see models drive real business decisions
- You can translate complex analysis into CMO-friendly narratives without losing nuance
- You need full remote or can't commit to regular on-site time at customer locations
- You prefer deep technical work in isolation over client interaction and stakeholder management
- Your background is purely theoretical (degree in stats/ML but zero hands-on ad campaign experience)
