The Challenge
Aurora is building self-driving technology that will transform mobility and logistics. As their Staff Digital & Social Media Manager, you'll own the narrative across all digital channels—from SEO to paid campaigns—for a company reshaping transportation.
Your Mission
Audit existing digital presence across all channels and establish baseline KPIs; develop 90-day digital roadmap aligned with brand and business goals
Launch 2-3 flagship digital campaigns across paid and organic channels; establish measurement framework and weekly reporting cadence
Map cross-functional stakeholder needs; become the go-to digital expert for product, communications, and sales teams
Optimize aurora.tech content strategy; identify and build 3-5 high-impact content modules for lead gen and customer education
Deliver 25%+ YoY growth in organic traffic to aurora.tech and 30%+ improvement in social engagement rates across owned channels
Build and scale paid digital campaigns; achieve target CAC and ROAS benchmarks across Google, LinkedIn, and programmatic channels
Establish SEO/AEO strategy that increases brand search visibility and owned channel authority; track ranking improvements for 15+ key terms
Present quarterly digital business reviews to leadership with insights, optimization recommendations, and budget allocation strategy

Organic Traffic Growth
Month-over-month percentage increase in website visitors from organic search and social channels.
Social Engagement Rate
Total engagements (likes, shares, comments) divided by total impressions; benchmark against industry standards.
Digital Campaign ROAS
Revenue generated from paid digital campaigns divided by spend; target 4:1 or higher depending on channel.
Lead Generation Volume
Monthly qualified leads sourced through owned digital channels and paid campaigns.
Website Conversion Rate
Percentage of website visitors who complete desired actions (demo requests, email signups, content downloads).
Search Visibility Score
Aggregate ranking positions for target keywords across Google; track SEO/AEO momentum over time.
