The Challenge

Atropos Health is building the OS for real-world healthcare evidence—and they need someone to own the narrative. You'll design compelling content and sales enablement that moves prospects through the funnel while managing brand consistency across all channels.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Establish narrative framework and messaging architecture that clearly differentiates GENEVA™ OS to target personas (health systems, life science orgs, researchers)

Audit and redesign 5-7 core sales enablement assets (decks, one-pagers, case studies) using best-in-class design practices

Launch content calendar and publish 8-12 pieces (blog, tutorials, thought leadership) optimized for SEO and social amplification

Set up analytics dashboard tracking content performance, email open/CTR, social engagement, and lead source attribution

By 6 Months
1

Execute 3 multi-channel demand generation campaigns targeting key verticals with measurable CAC and conversion lift

Build and scale social media presence to 2-3x current followers with >3% engagement rate across LinkedIn, Twitter, healthcare communities

Develop 4-6 case studies and customer success stories with quantified outcomes (ROI, time-to-insight, etc.)

Optimize website conversion paths and lead capture forms; achieve 15%+ improvement in form completion rates and lead quality scores

KPIs You'll Own

Content Performance Score

Track engagement (views, clicks, shares, time-on-page) across blog, email, social, and owned channels normalized by distribution effort.

Lead Generation Volume & Quality

Monitor monthly leads by source/campaign, MQL-to-SQL conversion, and sales team feedback on asset usefulness.

Email Campaign Metrics

Open rate, click-through rate, conversion rate, and subscriber growth for nurture and promotional sends.

Social Media Engagement Rate

Measure likes, shares, comments, mentions, and follower growth across organic and paid social tactics.

Website Conversion Rate

Track percentage of visitors converting to leads, demo requests, or newsletter signups by page/landing experience.

Brand Consistency Audit Score

Quarterly review of all live collateral against brand guidelines; track compliance and time-to-fix issues.

  • You've shipped narrative design and content for a B2B healthtech startup and can show a strong portfolio of decks, case studies, and campaign collateral
  • You're fluent in Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot, and Google Slides—and you use them fast and with intention
  • You love taking complex technical/clinical concepts and making them crystal clear and visually compelling for non-expert buyers
  • You thrive owning the full content/demand funnel: from strategy and design through execution, measurement, and iteration
Won't Work If
  • You're primarily a designer or developer looking for tactical execution only—this role requires strategic marketing thinking and cross-functional leadership
  • You're remote-first or need flexibility; this is on-site and requires presence for collaboration and brand immersion
  • You haven't worked in B2B SaaS or healthcare and can't speak to the unique narrative challenges of selling to health systems or researchers

Interview Process

Application & Portfolio Review

Submit resume, cover letter, and 3-5 design/content samples (decks, case studies, campaign materials) demonstrating healthtech or complex B2B work

Initial Screening Call

30-min conversation with hiring manager on background, healthtech experience, and narrative design philosophy

Design/Content Challenge

Take-home assignment: redesign a piece of Atropos collateral or create a short narrative brief for a new use case (2-3 hours)

4

Team Interviews

Meet with VP Marketing, Sales lead, and Product lead to assess collaboration, brand thinking, and execution rigor (2-3 rounds, ~3 hours total)

5

Leadership Conversation

Final conversation with executive leadership on strategic vision, company culture fit, and role expectations
