Is This Role For You?

For You If
  • You have 5+ years in specialty/rare disease pharmaceutical or biotech marketing (Product Manager or equivalent)
  • You're analytically sharp and comfortable challenging assumptions with data; patient insights drive your strategy
  • You thrive managing complexity across legal, compliance, medical, and sales without direct authority—influence is your superpower
  • You speak fluent English and Portuguese (or willing to learn); you're comfortable with 20% travel and field immersion
  • You hold or aspire to an MBA; life sciences background is table stakes
Won't Work If
  • You prefer heads-down execution over strategy and stakeholder influence; this role is 60% alignment, 40% tactics
  • You lack experience in regulated pharma/biotech or product lifecycle management—the compliance complexity is real
  • You're remote-only or unwilling to be based on-site in Cotia, São Paulo for 80% of your time
  • You're uncomfortable with ambiguity in rare disease markets; data gaps and limited historical precedent are the norm
