The Challenge

Arcutis (NASDAQ: ARQT) is scaling the ZORYVE portfolio and needs a hands-on digital production leader who can navigate the complexity of pharma compliance while executing high-impact HCP campaigns. You'll own the entire digital asset lifecycle—from creative briefs to launch—and ensure every channel (email, SEM, programmatic, CRM) hits regulatory standards and performance targets.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit and optimize existing ZORYVE HCP digital asset library; establish production playbooks and agency SLAs to eliminate compliance delays

2

Lead 3-4 full campaign cycles end-to-end (email, SEM, display) and document performance benchmarks vs. industry standards for dermatology HCP engagement

Build relationships with cross-functional stakeholders (medical affairs, regulatory, IT); clarify decision rights and escalation paths within PRC

Audit ZORYVE professional websites for UX/compliance gaps; create remediation roadmap and prioritize quick wins

By 6 Months
1

Deliver 40%+ improvement in HCP engagement rates (open, click, conversion) by optimizing asset quality, channel strategy, and audience targeting

Establish omnichannel integration framework ensuring seamless asset deployment across Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SEM, and programmatic platforms

Implement performance dashboard tracking KPIs by channel, tactic, and campaign; generate monthly insights for Brand and Omnichannel teams

Identify and pilot 2-3 forward-thinking tactics (AI personalization, social listening, advanced segmentation) aligned with pharma best practices

Track open, click-through, and conversion rates for HCP email campaigns; benchmark against pharma/dermatology standards.

Campaign Launch On-Time Rate

Percentage of digital campaigns launched within planned timeline and budget; target 95%+ compliance.

Regulatory Review Cycle Time

Days from creative brief to PRC approval; measure efficiency gains from standardized processes and agency performance.

Multi-Channel Attribution & ROI

Measure incremental HCP engagement and conversion lift by channel (email, SEM, display, CRM); optimize budget allocation.

Website Performance (Professional Sites)

Track bounce rate, time-on-page, and HCP engagement metrics for ZORYVE professional websites; monitor compliance audit scores.

Agency Vendor Score

Quality, on-time delivery, and compliance ratings for all external creative/production partners; quarterly reviews.

  • You lack experience with email platforms (Salesforce), SEM, programmatic, or other core digital channels
