The Challenge
AppDirect powers millions of subscriptions globally. You'll own Firstbase's complete marketing engine—from strategy through execution—reporting directly to the BU and driving measurable pipeline impact across digital, events, and go-to-market.
Your Mission
Audit Firstbase's current marketing performance, establish baseline KPIs, and map revenue-generating campaigns against pipeline impact
Develop integrated Q1-Q2 marketing plan aligned to BU sales priorities with clear ROI expectations per channel
Launch first product campaign or GTM initiative with defined campaign KPIs and performance tracking
Establish stakeholder cadence with BU leadership, Sales, and Product—weekly/bi-weekly syncs with documented outcomes
Drive measurable pipeline contribution: establish attribution model and report quarterly revenue impact by campaign/channel
Execute 2-3 major campaigns or launches with >25% performance improvement vs. baseline across digital, events, or content
Identify and execute 1-2 cross-sell or portfolio opportunities with other AppDirect subsidiaries
Build repeatable demand gen engine: develop playbooks for digital campaigns, event strategy, and product enablement

Track marketing-sourced pipeline contribution tied to sales closed-won revenue monthly.
Campaign ROI
Measure cost-per-acquisition and return-on-ad-spend across digital, events, and content programs.
Launch Success Rate
Monitor product launch adoption, engagement, and revenue impact against defined launch KPIs.
Stakeholder Engagement
Track BU and cross-functional team participation in planning, execution, and review cycles.

- You've owned marketing for a product line, BU, or revenue segment and can prove pipeline impact with data
- You're comfortable balancing strategic planning with scrappy execution—wearing multiple hats in a matrixed org
- You thrive on accountability: clear KPIs, direct stakeholder relationships, and transparent performance reporting
- You speak both B2B SaaS/tech and understand go-to-market models (direct sales, channel, or hybrid)
- You want to embed with a team and become the marketing expert they rely on daily
- You need heavy corporate support or multiple specialized teams—this is hands-on execution, not pure strategy
- You're uncomfortable with ambiguity or vague success metrics; you need clear revenue connection
- You prefer pure remote work; hybrid Buenos Aires presence is non-negotiable (once/week on-site)
