Alianza Team is scaling animal nutrition solutions into Europe and North America. You'll lead GTM strategy for a high-growth sector tackling efficiency, sustainability, and alternative proteins—connecting R&D, sales, and global clients to unlock market opportunities.
Your Mission
Map competitive landscape and develop positioning framework for US and European markets within animal nutrition vertical
Audit current B2B marketing assets and identify gaps; create 90-day content/messaging roadmap aligned to buyer journey
Establish cross-functional alignment with commercial, technical, and R&D teams; schedule quarterly strategy syncs
Define baseline KPIs for lead generation, pipeline contribution, and market awareness in target geographies
Launch integrated B2B campaign targeting protein and functional solutions segments in 2+ European markets
Achieve 25%+ increase in qualified pipeline from marketing-sourced leads; establish attribution model
Build thought leadership program: publish 8+ technical content pieces positioning Alianza as category expert
Close international expansion partnerships or first-mover customer wins in target markets; document case studies

Is This Role For You?
- You've led B2B marketing for 5+ years, ideally in animal nutrition, agribusiness, or specialized industrial sectors
- You think in terms of buyer personas, value propositions, and pipeline contribution—not vanity metrics
- You're fluent in English and comfortable navigating cross-border regulatory/commercial nuances (US/EU focus)
- You thrive connecting technical/R&D teams with customer insights to shape go-to-market strategy
- You have a valid passport and US visa (or ability to obtain)
- You lack hands-on B2B marketing experience or have only worked in B2C/consumer brands
- You have no familiarity with animal nutrition, agriculture, or industrial/specialty sectors
- You can't commit to on-site work in Bogota or lack travel flexibility for US/European market validation
