The Challenge
Alares Internet is a Brazilian telecom player hunting for a growth leader who can architect acquisition, pricing, and go-to-market strategies while managing network capacity constraints. You'll drive sustainable B2C growth by balancing aggressive expansion with operational realities.
Your Mission
Map competitive positioning and identify 3-5 differentiation opportunities in pricing/packaging
Audit current offer strategy against network capacity—surface conflicts between sales targets and infrastructure limits
Build demand forecasting model to project growth impact across new service areas
Establish weekly cross-functional sync with Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and Finance to align on growth roadmap
Launch 2-3 new commercial offers (pricing tiers, bundled services) with measurable acquisition lift
Complete capacity planning for 2 network expansion zones with go-to-market timeline
Reduce pricing/offer misalignment—achieve 90%+ execution rate on commercial strategy across sales teams
Develop M&A evaluation framework; conduct 1-2 deal assessments with data-driven go/no-go recommendations

B2C customer acquisition cost (CAC)
Track CAC by offer type and geography to optimize pricing and go-to-market spend efficiency.
Network port occupancy rate
Monitor utilization of available capacity to balance revenue growth with infrastructure sustainability.
Go-to-market execution velocity
Time from strategy approval to full-scale launch of new offers; target sub-45-day cycles.
Gross margin by offer segment
Ensure pricing strategy drives sustainable unit economics across B2C cohorts.
Market share in expansion zones
Measure competitive win rate and penetration in newly launched service areas within 6 months.

- You're comfortable in early-stage growth ops—scrappy modeling, iterative strategy, learning fast
- You've only worked in SaaS or pure digital channels—telecom/network capacity planning is a foreign language
- You need remote work or hybrid flexibility; this role is 100% on-site in São Paulo
- You shy away from data modeling or uncomfortable with SQL/analytics—this role is heavily analytical
