The Challenge
Agoda (part of Booking Holdings) connects millions to travel experiences globally. You'll lead B2B partner marketing at scale, designing repeatable frameworks that deliver high-impact campaigns across dozens of partners while managing a growing team.
Your Mission
Map current campaign delivery process end-to-end; identify and document 3-5 operational bottlenecks blocking efficiency
Establish baseline performance metrics for 10+ active partner campaigns; create standardized reporting dashboard
Define team workflows, SLAs, and quality checkpoints; onboard direct reports and clarify role accountabilities
Develop 2-3 standardized campaign playbooks (by partner type or channel) to reduce setup time by 30%+
Launch automated campaign monitoring system reducing manual tracking by 40%; improve turnaround on partner insights
Increase average campaign value per partner by 20% through data-driven recommendations and optimization playbooks
Scale operations to manage 30+ partners simultaneously without proportional headcount increase via tooling and frameworks
Build and validate a partner tiering model; create customizable (not one-size-fits-all) strategies for high/mid/growth segments
