The Challenge
Agoda (part of Booking Holdings) is hunting for a Flights Marketing Manager to own strategy and growth across their flights vertical. You'll lead data-driven campaigns at scale, partnering with product and supply teams to unlock new customer value in one of travel's hottest categories.
Your Mission
Map current flights channel performance across all marketing levers; identify top 3 optimization opportunities with revenue impact projections
Design and launch 2-3 A/B tests on key acquisition channels (email, paid, organic); establish testing cadence and rigor
Build cross-functional alignment with Flights Product and Supply teams; define shared KPIs and monthly review cadence
Master Agoda's data infrastructure: SQL queries, Tableau dashboards, and marketing attribution models for flights
Deliver 15-20% uplift in flights channel ROI through optimized targeting, creative testing, and audience segmentation
Scale winning campaigns; reduce CAC by 10%+ through channel mix optimization and bid strategy refinement
Publish 2+ strategic recommendations backed by complex cohort analysis; influence product roadmap decisions
Mentor 1-2 junior analysts on data rigor; establish best practices for hypothesis-driven marketing at Agoda

Flights Booking Revenue
Total revenue generated from flights bookings attributed to your marketing initiatives, tracked weekly.
Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
Revenue per dollar spent across paid channels; target >3.0x for profitability and scaling decisions.
Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
Average cost to acquire a flights customer; benchmark against accommodation CAC to optimize channel mix.
Cohort Retention & LTV
Repeat booking rate and lifetime value of cohorts acquired through different campaigns; guides long-term strategy.
Test Velocity & Win Rate
Number of experiments launched monthly and % that reach statistical significance; measures data-driven rigor.

Is This Role For You?
- You've spent 5-7 years in data analyst, growth, or performance marketing roles at tech/e-commerce companies (Booking, Expedia, Airbnb, Grab DNA)
- You're fluent in SQL, Tableau, and can move from raw datasets to board-ready recommendations without hand-holding
- You thrive designing experiments, stress-testing hypotheses, and shipping fast—not perfection
- You want to own a vertical P&L and grow into senior marketing leadership roles
- You need remote work; this role is on-site in Bangkok and relocation is non-negotiable
- You prefer brand marketing or creative work over data-driven optimization and testing
- You lack hands-on SQL/analytics chops; this isn't a strategy-only role—you'll write queries yourself
