The Challenge
ADM is a global leader in nutrition and agricultural processing, and they need a sharp marketer to drive beverage innovation across LATAM. You'll own strategy-to-execution for key customer segments, managing product launches, sales enablement, and go-to-market campaigns that directly impact revenue.
Your Mission
Map current beverage segment positioning, competitor landscape, and customer pain points across LATAM to inform GTM strategy
Develop and launch first sales enablement toolkit (decks, one-pagers, ROI models) for priority customer segments
Execute 2-3 innovation showcase meetings with key customers to validate new product concepts and surface early feedback
Establish baseline metrics for campaign awareness, customer engagement, and sales pipeline contribution
Launch 2+ integrated marketing campaigns driving awareness and trial for new beverage innovations in target segments
Build and train sales team capabilities through workshops and ongoing materials; track adoption and effectiveness
Deliver end-to-end innovation management for 3+ product concepts from ideation through customer presentation
Generate quantified recommendations for 5+ new market opportunities in LATAM beverage space with GTM roadmaps

Track reach, impressions, and interaction rates on marketing initiatives targeted at customers and internal teams.

Monitor usage rates of materials, training attendance, and sales team feedback on tools effectiveness.

Measure number of concepts advanced through stage-gates and estimated revenue contribution from new product launches.
Customer Win/Expansion Rate
Track new customer acquisition and segment expansion driven by marketing initiatives and partnership engagement.

Is This Role For You?
- You have 5-7 years in B2B or B2C marketing within food/beverage with real GTM experience
- You're energized by healthy nutrition trends and translating them into customer value propositions
- You can operate independently but thrive in cross-functional teams (sales, product, ops) and influence without authority
- You're fluent in English and comfortable navigating a dynamic, international matrix environment with travel
- You're analytical, driven by metrics, and obsessed with moving the needle on pipeline and revenue
- You want fully remote work—this is on-site in Mexico City with frequent travel
- You lack hands-on B2B or B2C marketing execution; this isn't a strategy-only role
- You're not comfortable with ambiguity or building things from scratch in a matrixed org
