Is This Role For You?

For You If
  • You've scaled DTC/consumer brand revenue through paid social, email, and strategic partnerships with measurable 20%+ YoY growth
  • You're fluent in AI tools for marketing (content gen, audience segmentation, analytics) and comfortable testing new technologies
  • You think like a business owner—you care about unit economics, CAC/LTV, and bottom-line impact, not vanity metrics
  • You're entrepreneurial and thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where you wear multiple hats and drive results independently
  • You have hands-on experience with Shopify, CRM/marketing automation platforms, and paid social optimization
Won't Work If
  • You're a traditional brand marketer focused on awareness campaigns; this role demands performance and revenue accountability
  • You need a fully hands-off team or prefer managing large groups; expect to execute directly on strategy and campaigns
  • You're risk-averse or uncomfortable with testing, iteration, and learning in real-time with limited historical data

3

Strategy Presentation

80-min session presenting your 90-day plan for digital revenue growth and 3 partnership opportunities for the pet brand

4

Founder/Leadership Conversation
