FastSensor uses unsupervised AI to measure real-world behavior in physical spaces, capturing how people move and engage without bias or assumptions.

We’re building a new standard for event measurement and looking for a Demand Generation Manager to help drive awareness, pipeline, and category adoption.


Role Overview

This role will own the development and execution of multi-channel campaigns that attract, nurture, and convert prospects into qualified opportunities. You will work closely with sales, product, and leadership to translate customer insights and behavioral data into scalable growth programs.

This is a highly cross-functional role that blends campaign strategy, marketing operations, content development, and performance optimization.


What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute demand generation programs aligned with company growth priorities
  • Build and optimize multi-channel campaigns across email, content, paid media, social, webinars, and events
  • Partner with sales to improve funnel conversion and pipeline quality
  • Translate customer data and insights into compelling content such as case studies, thought leadership, and industry insights
  • Manage and optimize HubSpot marketing automation, including workflows, segmentation, and campaign tracking
  • Build reporting and dashboards to measure campaign performance and pipeline contribution
  • Test, iterate, and scale what works across channels


Who You Are

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing
  • Experience contributing to or owning pipeline generation
  • Strong executor who can build and optimize campaigns across channels
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales and product
  • Strong communication skills and ability to simplify complex ideas
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools preferred


Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $90,000 – $100,000, depending on experience
  • Performance-based incentives tied to pipeline and revenue impact
  • Remote-friendly team (U.S.-based)
