The Challenge
Zurn Elkay Water Solutions is a 100+ year old, publicly traded leader in plumbing and water delivery with 2,800+ employees globally. You'll own their email marketing, virtual events, and CRM execution—driving demand across trade shows, webinars, and association channels for a company named one of America's Most Responsible Companies.
Your Mission
Audit and optimize existing HubSpot email workflows; establish baseline engagement metrics (open rates, click rates, conversion rates) across current programs
Execute 2-3 major email campaigns to target personas; document performance and identify top-performing segments and content themes
Coordinate with sales to clean and maintain customer/account records in HubSpot; establish data governance standards
Plan and launch first virtual webinar event; manage end-to-end logistics, lead capture, and post-show reporting
Scale email program to 5+ automated nurture workflows targeting different buyer journey stages; track progression and conversion lift
Manage 8-12 trade publication and association advertising placements; measure brand lift and lead quality from each channel
Deliver 4 virtual webinar events with 200+ registrations each; optimize attendance and post-event engagement metrics
Establish monthly demand generation dashboard tracking email performance, webinar ROI, trade show lead volume, and cost-per-lead by channel

Email Engagement Rate
Track open rate, click-through rate, and conversion rate across all email programs; target 20%+ CTR on nurture campaigns.
Webinar Lead Quality & Volume
Measure registrations, attendance, and qualified lead pass-through rate to sales; aim for 30%+ qualified lead ratio.
Cost-Per-Lead by Channel
Calculate CPL for email, webinars, trade shows, and association advertising to optimize budget allocation.
HubSpot Data Hygiene Score
Monitor record completeness, deduplication rate, and data freshness; maintain 90%+ accuracy.
Trade Show ROI
Track leads captured, cost per lead, and pipeline influence from trade shows and events.
