The Challenge
Skechers is scaling its CRM program across email, SMS, and loyalty channels—and they need an operational powerhouse to be the traffic controller. You'll own campaign execution end-to-end, unblock cross-functional teams, and build the processes that let the CRM team move faster without sacrificing quality.
Your Mission
Map and document all current CRM campaign workflows (email, SMS, loyalty) and identify 3-5 quick wins to reduce cycle time
Set up Asana project management system with standardized templates for all campaign types and train team on adoption
Execute 8-12 campaigns flawlessly with zero post-launch issues by mastering QA process and stakeholder coordination
Create centralized creative asset library and establish feedback/approval SLA that reduces rework by 30%
Establish post-campaign reporting cadence with analytics team; deliver consistent monthly learnings doc to stakeholders
Reduce campaign time-to-launch by 20% through process standardization and automation recommendations
Build playbooks for each campaign type (welcome series, seasonal, loyalty tiers, SMS bursts) that scale across team
Own operational dashboard showing pipeline, deadlines, blockers, and campaign performance in real-time visibility tool
