Is This Role For You?

For You If
  • You've shipped enterprise software at scale—you know how to translate messy business requirements into elegant product specs
  • You understand financial markets: sales workflows, trading mechanics, client lifecycle are not foreign concepts
  • You thrive leading cross-functional teams across engineering, sales, and operations—politics don't scare you
  • You obsess over metrics: adoption, velocity, time-to-value—you don't ship features, you ship outcomes
  • You want to influence a $50B+ business unit; incremental optimization bores you
Won't Work If
  • You've only done B2C or consumer product; enterprise sales workflows and compliance complexity will frustrate you
  • You need full remote; this is on-site in NYC and requires constant stakeholder alignment with traders and sales teams
  • You're risk-averse; JPM moves fast and expects you to make judgment calls with incomplete data in a regulated environment
