We are on the lookout for a sharp, AI-powered lifecycle marketer to join our HKR team as a Email Marketing Specialist, working for a US-based client in scaling email revenue through Klaviyo + Shopify automations.

\uD83D\uDD38 Own the full execution cycle for 5-7 awesome brands: draft killer creative briefs, direct designers, QA builds in Figma, and lock in client approvals.

\uD83D\uDD38 Rule the send calendar in ClickUp, nailing segmentation, exclusions, and suppression logic so every campaign hits the mark.

\uD83D\uDD38 Be the boss of automations: monitor flow and form performance against benchmarks, diagnose any underperforming setups (timing, audience, deliverability, triggers), and fix them like a pro.

\uD83D\uDD38 Look ahead and build epic monthly campaign calendars 30 to 60+ days in advance to keep the strategy fresh and proactive.

\uD83D\uDD38 Run weekly account health checks to keep everything smooth and flag any risks before they even become a thing.

\uD83D\uDD38 Chat it up with clients, owning day-to-day communications and presenting your builds with clear, logical reasoning that moves approvals fast.

About you

\uD83D\uDCE7 You bring 2 to 4 years of hands-on lifecycle marketing experience (an agency background is a huge plus!).

\uD83D\uDCE7 You have deep, daily fluency in Klaviyo, Shopify, and ClickUp, this is your bread and butter, not just a bonus.

\uD83D\uDCE7 You've got a proven track record of managing 5 to 7 brands concurrently without ever dropping the ball on quality.

\uD83D\uDCE7 You have a sharp eye for spotting automation hiccups and the top-tier judgment needed to actually fix them, not just flag them.

\uD83D\uDCE7 You're totally comfortable and skilled at using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Klaviyo AI) to level up your daily workflow.

\uD83D\uDCE7 Your written English communication skills are top-notch (C1 level), and you're highly reliable when it comes to async communication.

\uD83D\uDCE7 Bonus Points: You’ve got experience working under a client-side approval gate, or you can brag about a specific KPI you crushed and exactly how you did it!
