Is This Role For You?

For You If
  • You've managed analytics teams in high-stakes environments (fintech, gaming, e-commerce) and know how to build rigor without killing speed
  • You're equally comfortable mentoring junior analysts and debating methodology with senior stakeholders—and you enjoy both
  • You've designed and run incrementality tests, holdout studies, or complex marketing attribution; you understand the pitfalls
  • You're excited about building systems and processes from scratch; you're not just an analyst—you're an architect
Won't Work If
  • You need a fully remote setup or flexibility—this role is on-site
  • You prefer deep technical work over leadership and stakeholder management; this role is 50/50 hands-on analysis and team development
  • You're uncomfortable working in gaming/iGaming on ethical grounds
