The Challenge
Fox News Media reaches 200M people monthly across cable, streaming, and digital—and they need someone to own the engine behind it all. You'll be the technical backbone of their CRM strategy, architecting customer journeys in Braze and ensuring every campaign lands flawlessly across email, push, and in-app.
Your Mission
Master the current Braze setup, audit existing segments and campaigns for accuracy, and document platform architecture and data flows
Own 5-10 live campaigns end-to-end: setup, QA, deployment, and post-launch monitoring with zero delivery failures
Build collaborative relationships with Product, Engineering, BI, and Marketing teams; establish clear escalation and communication protocols
Identify and resolve 10+ segmentation and delivery issues in the backlog; establish a triage process for incoming technical issues
Design and implement 3-5 new automated user journeys using Braze Canvas, targeting key FOX Nation and FOX News Digital lifecycle stages
Reduce campaign setup time by 30% through process documentation, template standardization, and automation of repetitive QA checks
Increase campaign delivery accuracy to 99%+ by refining event tracking, validating data pipelines, and establishing pre-launch validation checklist
Lead A/B testing program for 15+ campaigns; measure impact on CTR, conversion, and engagement; document findings and recommend optimizations

- You've spent 3+ years hands-on with Braze, Klaviyo, or similar ESP platforms—and you actually enjoy debugging segmentation logic
- You're a troubleshooter who gets energized by finding the root cause of a failed campaign or delivery issue
- You can write clean HTML/CSS for email QA and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders without talking down
- You thrive in cross-functional environments and see yourself as the glue between Marketing, Product, and Engineering
- You need remote flexibility—this is on-site in NYC only
- You prefer strategy over execution; this role is deeply hands-on campaign ops, not high-level planning
- You don't have direct platform experience with Braze or a comparable ESP; the learning curve will be steep without it
