The Challenge
A major Entertainment client (Disney adjacent) needs a CRM operator who can own end-to-end campaign execution at enterprise scale. You'll design and deploy sophisticated customer journeys across direct channels, working with massive datasets and cross-functional teams to drive measurable marketing impact.
Your Mission
Master Adobe Campaign Classic workflows and Snowflake query patterns specific to client's customer data structure
Execute 4-6 end-to-end campaigns from audience segmentation through deployment and performance monitoring
Establish SQL-based audience qualification framework that reduces campaign build time by 20%+
Build credibility with marketing partners by translating technical requirements into actionable campaign strategies
Own lifecycle marketing strategy for 2-3 customer segments, optimizing send cadence and messaging based on performance data
Implement automated monitoring dashboards tracking campaign health, deliverability, and engagement metrics in real-time
Lead technical direction on 3-5 modular email template projects, working with creative teams on HTML/CSS optimization
Support ecommerce distribution expansion with third-party logistics provider, scaling direct channel operations

Number of campaigns designed, built, and deployed monthly—target 6-8 campaigns with <2% deployment errors
Audience Qualification Accuracy
Percentage of SQL-segmented audiences that perform within 5% of predicted engagement/conversion rates
Campaign Performance vs. Baseline
Month-over-month lift in open rate, click rate, and conversion by segment—track testing impact
Automation Health Score
Uptime and cadence accuracy of automated lifecycle journeys (target 99%+ delivery on schedule)
Testing Iteration Speed
Time from hypothesis to launch for A/B tests on send times, creative, and audience segments

- You thrive in hybrid environments and are based in or willing to relocate to Florida for 4-day onsite weeks
- You want to work at Disney-scale complexity with real data, real budgets, and measurable impact
- You've never used Adobe Campaign Classic or similar enterprise marketing platforms—learning curve will be steep
- You can't write SQL or prefer point-and-click tools over data querying
- You need full-time remote or flexibility on the 4-day onsite requirement—this role is locked to Celebration, FL location
- You're early-career (less than 2-3 years) and need heavy mentorship on enterprise CRM workflows
