Parloa powers over 1B customer interactions for enterprise brands like Booking.com and SAP. You'll build the content strategy that explains how agentic AI is reshaping customer experience—turning complex ideas into compelling narratives that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline.
Your Mission
Ship 12-15 high-performing blog posts and assets aligned to core buyer personas; establish SEO baseline and content calendar rhythm
Develop 2-3 flagship content pieces (ebook, guide, or research) that support top-of-funnel awareness and position Parloa as thought leader
Audit and standardize brand voice, messaging, and editorial guidelines across all content channels; train team on standards
Launch content performance dashboard; establish baseline metrics for engagement, traffic, and pipeline contribution by channel
Grow organic content traffic 40%+ YoY; achieve top 3 rankings for 8-10 target SEO keywords in customer experience/AI space
Produce 30+ pieces of content across formats (blogs, email, social, campaigns, bylines); scale production with external resources
Generate 500+ qualified leads from owned content channels; demonstrate direct pipeline contribution of $1M+
Build content amplification playbook with Growth, Field Marketing, and Partnerships; execute 4+ co-marketing or campaign initiatives
