Accountabilities:
Lead B2B content strategy and development: Own the creation and execution of content that drives awareness, partner engagement, and sales opportunities, including case studies, white papers, one-pagers, pitch decks, partner collateral, website content, executive presentations, and thought leadership.
Strengthen digital and social content: Collaborate with social media teams to develop LinkedIn content that builds B2B awareness, demonstrates industry expertise, and engages priority audiences.
Translate complex ideas into compelling stories: Partner with subject matter experts and business leaders to turn technical concepts, customer outcomes, and business insights into clear, audience-focused messaging.
Drive sales enablement: Develop and maintain resources that help sales teams communicate value, address customer needs, overcome objections, and progress opportunities through complex B2B sales cycles.
Manage the enablement library: Keep sales and marketing resources organized, accessible, accurate, and up to date while developing scalable programs that support teams throughout the buyer journey.
Own content operations: Manage priorities, production schedules, editorial calendars, content roadmaps, reviews, approvals, and deadlines across multiple initiatives.
Support events and partnerships: Create presentations, collateral, signage, promotional materials, and other assets for conferences, partner meetings, customer events, and executive engagements.
Measure performance and improve programs: Track content engagement, utilization, library health, enablement adoption, and stakeholder feedback, providing actionable recommendations to marketing leadership.
Build repeatable processes: Establish efficient systems for content creation, organization, governance, and maintenance that improve collaboration between marketing and commercial teams.
Requirements:
Professional experience: 5+ years of experience in B2B content marketing, sales enablement, content strategy, or a closely related field, with a proven portfolio of high-quality written and visual content.
Exceptional communication: Outstanding writing, editing, storytelling, and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences and stages of the buyer journey.
B2B sales enablement expertise: Demonstrated experience creating tools and resources that support complex B2B sales processes and help commercial teams communicate value effectively.
Strategic thinking: Ability to understand business objectives and translate them into practical content strategies, programs, and deliverables.
Technical storytelling: Strong ability to simplify technical or complex concepts into clear, compelling messaging for business audiences.
Project management: Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple projects, stakeholders, competing priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
Cross-functional collaboration: Experience partnering effectively with Sales, Marketing, Creative, Operations, executives, and subject matter experts.
Technical proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, along with experience managing content libraries and documentation.
Preferred industry experience: Background in insurance, utilities, SaaS, IoT, or technology is a plus.
Additional skills: Experience with CMS platforms, CRM or sales enablement tools, webinars, trade shows, or industry events is advantageous.
Content performance: Familiarity with SEO, AEO, and GEO best practices and experience measuring content and enablement effectiveness are valued.
Ownership mindset: A proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to work independently, take initiative, and continuously improve processes and outputs.
Benefits:
Compensation: $80,000-$100,000 USD per year.
