Your Mission
Audit existing content across portfolio sites, identify quick SEO wins, and implement 15-20 priority optimizations to boost rankings
Establish keyword research framework and competitive analysis process for Spanish-speaking markets
Build editorial calendar and coordinate first batch of freelance content production with clear performance briefs
Set up KPI tracking dashboard (rankings, organic traffic, conversion metrics) and establish baseline metrics
Drive 25-40% increase in organic traffic to assigned websites through optimized content and improved SERP visibility
Develop and execute content strategy across 3+ major websites with documented SEO wins and keyword rankings
Establish scalable content production workflow with freelancers, with documented quality standards and turnaround times
Collaborate with CRO/UX team on 3+ conversion optimization tests based on content engagement data

Is This Role For You?
- You speak fluent Spanish and English and can edit/write quality content in both languages
- You have 3+ years content marketing or digital marketing experience with proven SEO wins (rankings, traffic growth)
- You're comfortable analyzing data in Google Search Console, Analytics, and keyword tools to drive strategy
- You're familiar with sports betting/iGaming space and genuinely interested in the vertical
- You're looking for permanent employment-this is a 12-month fixed-term contract only
- You don't have hands-on SEO experience or can't demonstrate keyword research and optimization skills
- You lack Spanish fluency at professional writing level or can't commit to Paris on-site hybrid schedule
