💻 你的日常工作 (What you’ll do)

  • 全流程视频制作: 独立负责高质感中长视频和短视频的制作,涵盖从粗剪、精剪、调色、音频处理到最终导出的全流程。

  • 构建动效视觉系统: 设计并制作 2D/3D 动效、动态排版及品牌元素,将品牌的静态视觉识别转化为生动的动态视觉语言。

  • 模板化与工具包沉淀: 将高频使用的动效沉淀为可复用的模板和组件库(Toolkit),赋能全球团队,提升整体跨国协作的效率。

  • 跨文化视觉转译: 与全球制片人和策划团队紧密配合,通过分镜脚本(Storyboard)将抽象的金融数据与商业概念转化为符合海外受众习惯的视觉故事。

  • 多平台版本优化: 针对不同海外平台的调性(如 TikTok 叙事节奏 vs. LinkedIn 专业长视频),快速迭代并产出符合不同平台算法的视频切片与版本。

We are the Content & Creative video team within Airwallex Global Marketing. Our mission is to visually demonstrate to the world what the future of global financial infrastructure looks like. We are a fast-paced, high-growth crew sitting at the intersection of brand storytelling, product education, and performance marketing. We don’t just "cut videos"-we build dynamic visual systems that simplify the complex and drive impact across every digital touchpoint.

🎯 About the Role

We are looking for a hybrid Motion Designer & Video Editor-a versatile creative professional who can bridge the gap between high-end motion graphics and professional video storytelling. This role fully supports our global business, meaning you will work directly with international markets and cross-border teams.

You aren't just an editor; you are a visual architect. You will take raw concepts and fintech products and transform them into highly engaging content-ranging from 15-second social ads to deep-dive product explainers and high-production brand campaigns. You will own the end-to-end visual execution, ensuring our brand moves with premium quality and consistency across YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, and beyond.

Our ideal candidate: Someone who has an uncompromising eye for motion curves and visual details, paired with a strategic understanding of platform-specific audience engagement. You possess a global design aesthetic and can communicate seamlessly in English.

💻 What You’ll Do

  • End-to-End Production: Edit high-impact short-form and long-form video content, managing everything from initial assembly and color grading to sound design and final export.

  • Motion Design Systems: Design and animate 2D/3D assets, typography, and branded overlays that translate our static brand identity into a living, breathing motion language.

  • Scalability & Toolkits: Create reusable motion graphic templates and animation toolkits to empower the wider team and ensure consistency across global campaigns efficiently.

  • Cross-Cultural Storyboarding: Collaborate with global producers and directors to visualize abstract financial concepts, turning complex data into clear, compelling visual narratives tailored for international audiences.

  • Platform Optimization: Rapidly produce and iterate on clips, highlights, and variations optimized for specific social algorithms (TikTok/Reels vs. LinkedIn/YouTube).

  • Future-Proofing: Proactively explore and implement AI-driven workflows (Runway, Midjourney, Sora) and design automation to optimize efficiency and stay at the cutting edge of content creation.

🛠️ What You’ll Bring

  • 📢 Language Proficiency (Must-Have): Professional English proficiency with exceptional verbal communication skills. You must be comfortable brainstorming, pitching, and collaborating with global teams entirely in English, articulating your design philosophy clearly with zero communication friction.

  • 🎨 Aesthetic DNA: A deep understanding of Western/global design aesthetics and trends (e.g., Swiss Design, Bauhaus, Modern Minimalism). Your work should naturally resonate with international audiences, avoiding generic or localized design thinking.

  • Proven Track Record: 3-5+ years of experience in motion graphics, animation, or video editing within a high-growth tech company, global creative agency, or top-tier production studio.

  • Mastery of the Craft: Expert-level proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro. Strong skills in Illustrator/Photoshop for asset prep and Figma for collaborative design.

  • A "Visual First" Eye: A razor-sharp eye for typography, layout, color theory, and pacing. You know exactly how to make a frame feel balanced and a transition feel seamless.

  • Bonus Points: Experience with 3D tools (Cinema 4D or Blender) is a massive plus. Familiarity with Lottie for web-based animations is highly valued.

  • Agility & Ownership: You thrive in a fast-paced environment, acting as a mature owner who can manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.

  • Portfolio Requirement: A high-quality showreel/portfolio is mandatory. It must showcase a mix of polished brand storytelling, dynamic motion graphics, and global social content.
