The Challenge
Ralph Lauren is hunting for a strategic brand marketing leader to orchestrate wholesale growth across their premium retail partnerships in North America. You'll own the full funnel—from strategy to execution—across five product families, balancing short-term sell-through with long-term brand elevation.
Your Mission
Map partner-level wholesale marketing strategy for 2-3 key premium accounts and deliver initial seasonal activation plans
Audit current marketing programs across Women's, Men's, Kids, Accessories channels and identify quick wins for incremental revenue
Build cross-functional alignment meetings with Sales, Merchandising, and Wholesale Digital to clarify marketing priorities and KPIs
Develop brand standard guidelines and partner-ready creative briefs for Q2 seasonal campaigns
Execute 3-4 integrated 360° wholesale campaigns (digital, in-store, media, activation) with measurable sell-through lift
Unlock $2M+ incremental revenue through account-level growth opportunities and category optimization
Establish recurring partner business reviews with documented sell-through, brand lift, and ROI metrics
Design and operationalize an annual wholesale marketing calendar aligned to key brand moments and seasonal priorities

Monitor brand perception and elevation metrics within premium retail partners via partner feedback and brand health tracking.
Program Execution Rate
Track on-time, on-brand delivery of seasonal marketing activations and creative assets to wholesale partners.
