Integrated Marketing Director
to lead the charge in turning bold brand strategies into unforgettable consumer experiences across North America. This is your chance to shape campaigns that get noticed, drive category growth, and make these brands a household name.Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, you’ll lead a small but mighty team, manage top-tier agencies, and oversee multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, retail, PR, media, and more. You’ll need to think big, move fast, and roll up your sleeves because in this entrepreneurial environment, execution is just as important as strategy.
What You’ll Do
Campaign Activation & Shopper Engagement
- Turn brand strategies and campaign briefs into fully integrated marketing plans.
- Lead multi-channel campaigns that reach consumers wherever they are online, in-store, or on social.
- Collaborate with Brand Marketing to keep everything on-point and on-brand.
- Optimize product pages, digital assets, and shopper experiences to maximize engagement.
- Bring trade and retail strategies together with ROI-focused execution.
- Partner with Sales and Brand teams to create programs that excite customers.
Agency & Vendor Leadership
- Own agency relationships from start to finish manage, evaluate, and optimize partnerships.
- Bring in fresh ideas and expertise to take campaigns to the next level.
- Ensure agencies and vendors hit KPIs, SLAs, and performance goals.
Insights & Analytics
- Use POS data, retailer dashboards, and analytics to make smarter decisions.
- Track KPIs for shopper marketing and retail media investments.
- Turn complex data into actionable insights and compelling stories for leadership.
Team Leadership & Development
- Directly manage two talented team members while overseeing initiatives across SEO, CRM, DTC, and website.
- Help shape the roadmap for future team growth.
- Foster a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture where ideas can thrive.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 10–15 years in integrated marketing, media planning, or brand management preferably in food, beverage, or CPG.
- Hands-on experience with campaign activation, paid social, media buying, and shopper marketing.
- Strong leadership skills with proven experience managing direct reports.
- Exceptional agency management capabilities.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience building fast-growth or challenger brands.
- Expertise bridging brand strategy and digital execution (SEO, CRM, e-commerce).
- Knowledge of shopper marketing, in-store activation, and path-to-purchase strategies.
- Ability to pivot strategies based on performance data.
- A collaborative leadership style with a growth-focused mindset.
