The Challenge

datashake is a lean 80-person startup crushing it in SEO/GEO. You'll own client projects end-to-end, directly impact their acquisition metrics, and help scale the fastest-growing part of their business.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Complete SEO/GEO training program and master technical audit, semantic analysis, and competitive intelligence frameworks

Lead 3-4 client audits independently; deliver actionable recommendations tied to revenue impact

3

Build fluency with datashake's analytics stack; own weekly performance reporting for assigned accounts

4

Shadow relationship management; conduct first solo client calls and establish cadence for key stakeholders

By 6 Months
1

Manage 5-8 client projects simultaneously; demonstrate ability to juggle timelines, scope, and stakeholder expectations

Drive 15%+ performance improvement across assigned portfolio via data-backed SEO/GEO optimizations

Identify and propose one structural improvement to SEO/GEO workflows; see it implemented across team

4

Build a 'trends dashboard' tracking Google algorithm shifts and competitive moves; share monthly insights with clients
