The Challenge

Uplify Group is building a scalable content acquisition machine across two entities (Scribeo Media and AWi). You'll own the entire content strategy—from editorial planning to lead generation—turning content into their primary growth lever.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Define and document the editorial strategy aligned with business goals; establish multi-channel publishing calendar

Launch 2-3 high-impact content pieces (whitepaper, case study, or cornerstone article) optimized for SEO and lead capture

Set up content performance tracking (traffic, engagement, conversion) and establish baseline metrics

Coordinate first B2B webinar or virtual event with clear promotion and nurturing flow

By 6 Months
1

Generate 500+ qualified leads monthly through content-driven channels (organic + paid)

Achieve 40%+ month-over-month growth in organic traffic to key content assets

3

Build and manage external content production (freelancers, agencies); establish quality standards

4

Create and execute content repurposing system: 1 core piece → 5+ formats across LinkedIn, email, paid, events

  • You're comfortable owning the full funnel: strategy → creation → distribution → analysis → optimization
  • You can write killer copy and manage external talent (writers, designers, agencies) without micromanaging
  • You love data and iteration—testing, measuring, pivoting based on performance, not gut feel
  • You want to be in the room where business decisions are made, not just executing tactics

  • You only want to write or create content; you don't care about lead gen, conversions, or business impact
  • You need full remote flexibility; this is on-site only in Courbevoie
  • You're uncomfortable managing external vendors or pushing back on timelines/quality
  • You lack SEO knowledge or experience with marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.)
