The Challenge

Replenit is a 50% QoQ-growing AI startup helping companies automate customer decisions. You're the founding commercial hire tasked with proving the French market playbook—and then scaling a team behind it.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Land 2-3 flagship accounts in MarTech/Retail/Beauty via warm network outreach and establish initial pipeline velocity baseline

Map the French buyer landscape (key personas, buying cycles, objections) and localize the global value prop for France

3

Close €100K+ ARR in new business and document the repeatable sales motion for future hires

4

Build strong operational rhythm with Onboarding team to ensure product-market fit validation with first clients

By 6 Months
1

Hit €300K+ ARR in new MRR with 3-5 closed enterprise deals and proven quota attainment

Design and validate the French sales playbook—from prospecting to close to expansion—ready to scale

Establish Replenit as top-of-mind AI solution in target French segments and own market penetration strategy

4

Identify and brief second commercial hire with repeatable processes, systems, and initial pipeline to execute

New MRR/ARR

Direct revenue contribution in the French market; primary indicator of commercial success.

Pipeline Velocity

Days from first touch to signed contract; measures efficiency of the sales motion.

Market Penetration

Percentage of target accounts engaged and win rate; validates segment fit and competitive positioning.

Deal Size & Contract Value

Average ACV and expansion potential per account; informs unit economics and scaling capacity.

Is This Role For You?

For You If
  • You've closed 5+ years of B2B SaaS deals and have a track record of hitting/exceeding quota in high-growth environments
  • You have native or C1+ French language skills and deep knowledge of the French SaaS, MarTech, or RetailTech ecosystem
  • You're entrepreneurial enough to write the playbook, not just follow it—and ambitious enough to scale a team behind your success
  • You understand data maturity and can navigate both boardrooms and technical product syncs; you're comfortable selling AI/ML without being a data scientist
  • You're based in or willing to relocate to Paris; you want to be on the ground building client relationships
Won't Work If
  • You're looking for a stable, process-heavy role with a fixed territory and ready-made playbook—this is a blank-slate founding hire that demands entrepreneurial hustle
  • You don't have a strong professional network in the French SaaS/Digital ecosystem or lack credibility in MarTech/RetailTech
  • You need remote flexibility or are unwilling to be on-site in Paris for client meetings and market presence
