The Challenge
Neovoxia's Growth & Marketing division powers multiple agencies across France and internationally. You'll own marketing strategy and execution for one or more agencies as a true business partner—not a support function, but a growth engine.
Your Mission
Co-build annual marketing & business plans with 1-2 agency partners; translate business goals into measurable marketing targets
Audit and map current acquisition channels; identify quick wins in SEO, content, or nurturing with 20%+ lift potential
Launch first inbound content or co-marketing initiative with measurable MQL/pipeline impact
Establish weekly/bi-weekly performance dashboards and reporting cadence with agency stakeholders
Scale acquisition mechanics across 2+ agencies; document repeatable playbooks for inbound, events, partnerships
Generate €XXK+ in pipeline contribution from owned initiatives (SEO, nurturing, co-marketing)
Mentor agency teams on marketing fundamentals; increase their strategic maturity and execution autonomy
Present growth playbook recommendations to leadership; secure buy-in for next-phase initiatives
KPIs You'll Own
MQL/Pipeline Generated
Monthly marketing-qualified leads and pipeline value created through inbound, nurturing, and activation channels.
Content Performance
Organic traffic, engagement rate, and lead conversion from SEO, blog, and LinkedIn content.
Acquisition Cost & ROI
Cost per lead and return on marketing spend across all active channels and campaigns.
Agency Revenue Impact
Incremental revenue or new clients attributed to marketing initiatives; business growth metrics.
Campaign Velocity
Time-to-launch and test cycle speed; number of experiments run and optimization iterations per month.

- You've built and scaled inbound or acquisition strategies with demonstrable pipeline/revenue impact
- You think like a business owner—you care about CAC, LTV, and ROI, not vanity metrics
- You're comfortable moving fast, testing, learning, and pivoting; you don't need a perfect plan
- You enjoy translating business strategy into marketing execution and mentoring less experienced teams
- You speak fluent French or are willing to work in a French-speaking environment
- You need a highly specialized role—this is generalist growth work across multiple agencies
- You expect remote flexibility; this is on-site in Paris
- You prefer executing a plan over building strategy and driving results yourself
- You're uncomfortable with ambiguity and rapid change in a growth-stage environment
