The Challenge

Montmartre Résidence is a 11-unit luxury apartment residence in Paris looking for a hybrid marketer-operator who can build their digital presence while living the customer experience daily. You'll own social strategy, content creation, email campaigns, and SEO—then walk the floors to ensure that brand promise is real.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit current digital presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) and deploy cohesive 90-day editorial calendar with weekly content

Optimize 5-7 high-value landing pages and OTA listings with SEO copywriting and publish 2 flagship blog posts for organic traction

Set up segmented email automation in CRM with welcome series, promotional campaigns, and nurture sequences; target 25%+ open rate

Conduct baseline measurement on all KPIs (social engagement, website traffic, email metrics, conversion rate) and establish dashboards

By 6 Months

Grow Instagram followers by 40%+ and achieve 5%+ engagement rate; establish TikTok presence with consistent Reels strategy

Achieve 30% month-over-month organic traffic growth and 15%+ improvement in page conversion rates via SEO and copywriting

Launch 3 targeted email campaigns with 3%+ click-through rate; implement advanced segmentation (guest type, booking source, LTV)

Integrate front-desk guest feedback into marketing strategy; create case studies or testimonials that boost credibility and conversions

Social Media Engagement Rate

Weekly average engagement (likes, comments, shares) across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok; target 5%+ on flagship content.

Organic Website Traffic

Monthly sessions from search and social; track 30%+ growth trajectory and attribution by channel.

Email Campaign Performance

Open rate, click-through rate, and conversion rate per segment; benchmark against hospitality averages (25%+ opens).

Lead-to-Booking Conversion

Percentage of website visitors or email subscribers who complete a reservation; track by source and guest type.

Customer Retention & NPS

Return visitor rate and Net Promoter Score; use guest feedback to refine marketing messaging and positioning.
