The Challenge

Hipto is a 80-person digital marketing powerhouse in Paris. You'll own acquisition campaigns at scale across Taboola, Outbrain, and other paid platforms—steering the ship from strategy through optimization.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Launch and operationalize 4-5 acquisition campaigns on Taboola/Outbrain with documented SOPs and stakeholder sign-off

Establish baseline performance dashboard tracking CPA, CTR, conversion rates across all active campaigns

Build relationships with cross-functional teams (creative, analytics, client success) and run first weekly sync cadence

4

Audit existing campaign structure and document 3 quick wins for immediate optimization

By 6 Months
1

Achieve 15-20% improvement in campaign CPA vs. baseline through testing and optimization

Independently manage 3-5 high-budget client campaigns end-to-end with minimal oversight

Design and implement a campaign template/framework that reduces setup time by 30% for the team

4

Present quarterly performance review to leadership with learnings, trends, and recommendations for budget allocation

Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)

Track and optimize the actual cost to acquire a customer through your campaigns.

Click-Through Rate (CTR)

Monitor ad engagement and creative performance across platforms.

Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)

Measure revenue generated per euro spent on acquisition campaigns.

Campaign Volume & Velocity

Number of active campaigns managed and speed of campaign iteration cycles.
