Caradisiac is France's #1 automotive media with 50M monthly visits. You'll own their TikTok and YouTube presence while managing major auto show activations—a rare chance to build short-form video strategy at scale in a high-traffic vertical.
Your Mission
Launch and establish content calendar for TikTok and YouTube Shorts with weekly publishing cadence and document top-performing formats
Produce 20+ short-form videos (TikTok/Reels) with documented engagement metrics to identify winning creative patterns
Build baseline analytics dashboard tracking views, engagement rate, retention, and follower growth across platforms
Support planning for major Auto Show event with content calendar (pre-event, live, post-event content strategy)
Grow TikTok and YouTube channels by 25%+ with documented audience insights and platform-specific strategy recommendations
Deliver 60+ pieces of optimized short-form content with performance analysis and optimization cycles
Create comprehensive social media performance report with actionable recommendations for platform-specific content strategy
Execute full event content workflow (pre-production, live coverage, post-event storytelling) for Auto Show with measurable reach and engagement

Is This Role For You?
- You're finishing a degree in communication, marketing, media, or journalism and want real short-form video production experience
- You live and breathe TikTok/YouTube trends and understand viral mechanics and platform algorithms
- You can shoot, edit (CapCut level), and publish video content independently within 48 hours
- You're organized enough to juggle daily social publishing with multi-week event coordination
- You speak French fluently (job is French-language focused)
- You've never made or edited a short-form video—this role is hands-on production, not strategy only
- You're looking for full-time employment; this is a 6-month internship at €1K/month
- You don't care about automotive; industry context matters for content decisions and event relevance
