Diggers Factory powers physical music distribution for artists like James Blake, Joji, and Kaytranada. You'll own their social presence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Reddit—driving engagement, fan conversion, and campaign performance for high-profile releases.

Your Mission

First 3 Months

Audit current social channels and develop a unified content calendar across 5+ platforms

Launch 3 artist campaign activations with documented engagement and conversion metrics

Build content creation workflow (Adobe/Canva/CapCut) and establish publishing rhythm

Segment CRM database and execute first 2 email campaigns tied to product launches
